Sushi for Christmas

One of the gifts I received this Christmas was from my goddaughter, Brissa. She gave me a Sushi kit that came with an instruction book and some tools. With my love for cooking, this gift was absolutely perfect!

When I think of sushi, I think of raw fish, rice and nori (seaweed wrapper). After reading the book that came with this kit, I learned that the word "sushi" has nothing to do with fish. It literally means "vinegared rice".
