give me a reason...

This is MY point of view....

REASONS TO STAY:
1. family
2. friends
3. family gatherings
4. nice, warm weather (with the exception of typhoon season...)
5. the beach!!!
6. the beautiful sunsets
7. the drive on beach road
8. no long-distance driving
9. traffic (there's only traffic if one lane is closed or there's an accident)
10. my job, my career

REASONS TO LEAVE:
1. bad economy
2. CUC rates (so random)
3. low minimum wage (we just hit $4.05 on May 26th!)
4. high cost of living on Saipan (gas, groceries, electricity, tuition, and the list goes on...)
5. seasonal typhoons
6. politics!!!
7. a need for a change in my career
