My White Christmas Cookies

We have this tradition with all the ladies in my family, it's called a Cookie Exchange. We all bring baked goodies and share with each other, do a small gift exchange and just hang out to kick off the holiday season. This year, our Cookie Exchange is set for this Sunday. I've been experimenting all weekend and finally came across a cookie I finally liked. It has coconut, macademia nuts and white chocolate chips. All of my favorite things in a cookie!!! I was trying to come up with a name and figured, I'll call it: WHITE CHRISTMAS COOKIES.

They sound great! I'd melt some white chocolate and drizzle it over the top for extra fanciness.

Bon - sorry honey, it's just made out of love :) I can have some delivered to your office if you want.

Deece - it's funny how you recommend that because I was going to do that on my next batch ;)

Mmmmm...that sounds splendid. If you send cookies and Deece sends cookies then this world will be a better place. (Whispers to self: think they bought it?)
